It was a hot summer afternoon in New York City. The community of Harlem to be exact. The mecca historically for African Americans. The Friday before July 4th. A 90-Degree hot Summer Day on 125th standing right under the marquee for legendary Apollo Theater.
The topic of reparations for African Americans is a hot topic among almost all the Democrats running for President….but what do the people think?
