It’s the case that has been a lightning-rod nationwide for Police Community relations, but especially in New York City. The incident recorded on cellphone video where Garner is shouting “I can’t breathe!” The fatal arrest happened nearly five years ago.

At the departmental trial at New York City Police Headquarters of NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo…where the Police Commissioner has final say on whether Pantaleo loses his job…non-stop protesting took place outside.

One group of protesters chanted…” Pattaleo is a curse…. It’s time to heal the hurt….” -Protestors

A few feet away a man held up a poster board with the now infamous police take-down of Eric Garner…and the man asks just about everyone that walks by….

”Does this look like a chokehold to you?” -Protestor

This day….day three of what is expected to be a two-week trial for Officer Pantaleo turned out to be a graphic day of Eric Garner autopsy photos. His mother in the front row started…
