Rock of Holiness Deliverance Church at 2096 Nostrand Ave in Brooklyn New York started in 1991, but has been at the location in the photos since 1998. It’s led by an outstanding family. Bishop Richard McKenzie, his wife Minister McKenzie, and their son, Pastor Richard McKenzie Jr.

Here is what Bishop McKenzie told me about Rock of Holiness Deliverance:

“As you noticed, we have a very loving group of people here. This Church has been here serving the community. We have been reaching out to the community, and doing special community work, and the people here have strived to do the best they can to please God and to please the community.” -Bishop Richard McKenzie

Bishop Richard McKenzie was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica, W.I. Just days before I delivered my Church testimony at the Church, I too was in Jamaica, speaking at a conference there of top law enforcement officials about protecting children. The mission of the Church:

“First the mission of this Church is to win souls for the kingdom of God, and secondly the message is to help those that are less fortunate in the community. There are certain times we do, we have healing programs. The young people will go out in the community and they will cook and they will go out and feed the homeless, especially on holidays…they do such good work. And so the mission is to win souls and to help humanity….The Community.” -Bishop Richard McKenzie
